I have the temps, but not the humidity. Shade cloth did help when it was brutal. That and the damn bud worms. They have been bad for the last 4 summers here. Damn moths!

Last spring they gave out SODK, Fantasmo express before and since then. From what I can see in your work, you're gonna like the SODK. That's been my biggest auto.

How did you Black cream turn out? I did five over summer and the lightest one was the biggest and best. Very funky odor indeed...

I had a very similar experience. Sun is fierce here in Aug. the shade cloth does help.

FINALLY......someone who knows system voltages! I'd stay away from the high leg though. That presents it's own issues.

I have a shaded old metal shed. Same sort of climate you speak of, I put a pan of rainwater (hopefully) beneath the plants to keep a little humidity, and check them daily. Helps to slow the drying process a little.
