I had ocean forest drop to 5 ph and got worse than that. Mix 1 tsp lime in top inch of soil solves this. I mix 1 cup lime with every bag. Their soil doesn’t have ph drop every time but does sometimes. Check ph runoff.

Duck ya, why do we have to add a cup of lime to every bag of all different soils to keep ph on? What soil has enough in it?

I have some indoor plants and outdoor plants in fox farm Ocean forest with added lime and perlite and a little coco. Thinking about trying promix on some new ones. Any thoughts?

but yes growing in straite coco the way you are supposed to use it is bad ass.

coco is a better substitute for peatmoss. Great texture. Add some organics some lime and perlite and you got great soil.

I have some plants outdoors in soil. Got some 30gal grow bags that I will transplant into once they get a little bigger. But I started a clone inside in a 3 gal grow bag with coco and perlite. I put it outside a few weeks ago and it looks amazing. Not sure what to transplant it in soil or coco...
