Usually if a fan does not work the reasons are two: I took a hit and the blades have gone off-axis, or the fan connector came loose. being careful not to pull the threads, can you open and check the connections.

Small and quick consideration. We are interested in quality and duration of PAR flow , not in lumens. Any plasma bulb, already degrades after 1000 hours, is the same technology as it is studied, that is not lasting and degrades quickly. If you have different data, please post. Even if it were...

    Top bin COB comparison 2

I'm waiting the Apogee too...but times seem uncertain in UE. the only, apparent problem, a small discrepancy, perhaps small, on web page, claim up 4000 µmol m-2 s-1, on the datasheet, claim up 2500 µmol s−1 m−2. What's the truth? i send a request...without reply for now.... if I'm doing something...

Best LED for a 2x4x5 tent. Looking to replace a 144x5 Mars Hydro Reflector

yes....exactly, unfortunately the space in height(z) is very little, it's like a stress-test-area. the COB4 it's very powerful but realy compact with 2 dimmer, it was also studied for these situations and certain powers are allowed to do many interesting things....

there is no plasma that can do 50,000 hours the decay begins after the first 1000 hours (and see the cost of plasma spare parts....) we compared a "famous" plasma, misure with instruments, and compared with LEDs at same wattage... a dispassionate advice: been with COB....

Best LED for a 2x4x5 tent. Looking to replace a 144x5 Mars Hydro Reflector

I agree, in your space 6 Cob min, better and ideal in my pov, are 8 Cob. The situation that I have described to you, example: two systems COB4 dimmed 75 watt each, 150 watt total, 1200 ppfd for specific area, but you can dimm to 360 watt in total.... in a restrictions test-space even smaller but...

In your space it's enough about 250W with 8 cob, and a COB4 system itt's dimmable to 125W can keep plants even to 3 inches from it because it remains almost cold.Regardless of the choice you make, will highly recommend this spatial configuration with at least 6, but perfect 8 COB, however...

Hi tynyplantas,in my opinion, 2x COB 4 with total of 360 watt dimmable have realy one of the best PPFD flow and optimal distribution for your space. in your case is an ideal condition as positioning COB4, because the system is designed to radiate uniformly spaces 2x2 (60x60cm), max 2.5x2.5. with...
