    pH adjusted flush water

In theory RO is 7.0 This is very hard to measure since there are no free ions in pure H2o We are measuring the potential of Hydrogen(pH) ions that are free in the solution. Pure H2o has no free ions since they are all bound up with the oxygen ions Your probe contains a either a...

    pH adjusted flush water

Here is a picture of my hempy bucket grow. I flushed with RO only(No pH adjustment) Before flushing After RO only flush There is no reason to pH adjust the flush. If you are using RO or distilled water, you should not try to test the pH, as this will degrade the probe.

So far I like the PinPoint meters. They are not temperature compensated, but they work well if you keep your calibration fluid the same temp as the nutrient rez. Using a chiller also keep the rez temp closer to constant and that contributes to more accurate readings on your meter.

    RO vs Filtered Water

Be sure your calibration fluid is the same temperature as your rez, when you do your check. I calibrate at least once a week. Try not to bang your probe or it may need re-calibrating. Try to limit exposure of your probe to RO. Try to purchase a meter that is accurate to.01 not.1

Dual Areoponic Cabinet, Ceramic Metal Halide

I noticed your stems on the fan leaves look red or pink. I think this is an indication of the pH being too high. Be sure your calibration fluid is the same temp as your rez, when you check your meter. If you are happy with the calibration, then you may need to shoot for 5.5 instead of 5.7
