I personally don’t like rockwool, but when I was using it, I just kept em in a dome with heating mat, set temp to 80f, poured a little water in there at about 75ish%rh and didnt have any issues. Used a 600w led ( like 140ish from the wall ) at about 28” or so

How often are u watering? Cause over watering and under watering both can cause droopy leaves.
