Mate light spectrum doesn't confuse the plant, you can even flower with 65k but plant uses blue spectrum during vegging ie( increase the overal growth) while the red spectrum 27k increases the growth of buds, so red light will bud the plant and stretch it but if you mix ie2:4 you will slow down...

Mate don't look at the equivalent it's only comparisation to normal bulb you need to look at the actual wattage also I usually switch to 12/12 after about 2 months of vegging
