The heat in the air will most likely come from the light source, wether that is directly or radiated heat from the light housing, reflector, bulb etc.

Technically not, hot air rises in a convection current, heat dissipates evenly throughout it's environment....sorry I had too ;-)

I always assumed the recommended temps for growing were supposed to be actual leaf temperatures, as in the surface temp. I don't have a laser thermometer so I can't measure it that way, but that's how I understood it. As for air temps, I don't have a thermometer in my flowering tent anymore...

I'd say it's a very well rounded effect, as it hits both mind and body pretty much equally for me. The first few tokes does give a decent head high, which is followed by a mellow full body stone. If I smoke some in the morning/day it really helps with anxiety, I can still be quite active...

Have you used mills much, what do you make of it? I have the a&b and feed at about half recommendations. Only one of the two I germed has cracked, it went into soil yesterday and it's already poking through. Shame about the other one..if it doesn't crack in another day or so I'll bin it.
