The damage won't but the stress will stop if its fan related. A lot of things are going to go wrong while growing. Its best to stay calm. Plants heal by growth, growth takes time.

In my experience, using a fan that does not rotate really damages the plant. Especially in the heat. This could be your issue. I do not have much experience with your nutrient line, but autos do not need a lot of feed.

I would do 18 hours. Gives the plants a rest and saves energy. I always hear people talking about how rest time returns nutrients and some how helps the plants roots. As for proof of this I am not sure lol.

It may be wind damage from a fan or heat stress. Does a fan constantly blow on it? Dark geen leaves is too much N.
