Way too much light buddy. For little seedlings go get a t5 grow light and keep it around 6" off the canopy.

With your ph going in at 6.5 and comming out at 5.8 I would bet your ph in the soil is pretty low. The low ph is going to cause lock out issues which will in turn cause random nutrient problems. You may not have been over feeding by much but over time it adds up. Any idea what your ppm comes...
