I may have typed it wrong. Since being in the 3inch rockwool cubes I have fully saturated all 3 days, watering once a day. Fully saturated weight is about 460g and I re saturate wen it gets anywhere from 414g to 370g. Is that considered 80% or 20 % dryback

I definitely can but from wat I have learned about rockwool, the only way the roots get oxygen is from feeds. So if I go another 24hrs then I'm afraid my plants will look even worse. Also wen rockwool drys back too much the ppm spikes because the same nutes are left in the block w less water

First rockwool run here. My first question is about drybacks. For the first couple days of being in the rockwool I have been taking the fully saturated weight and allowing it to dryback to 10-20% of that total weight but it looks like I'm still getting signs of over watering. Please correct me...

I'm not sure if I'm understanding right. So u soak it in let's say 400ppm nutrient solution pH to 5.8 then u remove most/all of that water prior to transplanting into the new block?

Well good luck with all your future endeavors!! My experience has always been in dwc where I don't EVER go higher than 700 so it may be slightly easier to transition but I'm definitely expected a whole slew of other problems. So I will definitely be calling. Thank u and good luck again!

Yea that would be awesome! Right now it's all kind of theoretical because I haven't started yet. I just popped beans about a week ago so once I have some real problems instead of just possible outcomes I will definitely come running lol

One more question for now, when u talk about 25% or 50% dryback are u actually taking the weight of a fully saturated block and waiting until it's 3/4 or 1/2 the weight? Given it's the same size block. I would like to be as perfect as possible...

Okay I think I understand. Is there anything I should know for early veg? Wen the plant isn't really sucking up any of that water, so the block stays saturated. Should I keep watering or give it a couple days to get that dryback
