Greenbean I have to mention that flipping times back and forth is added stress in plants. Additionally having them on 24/0 is killing them in nature there is a saying "everything in moderation" they need rest to recover and use photosynthesis to grow. Running 20/4 is a good settling point.

Greenbean another note is that 3000K and below is considered yellow/red spectrum when looking at wavelength nm. That is used for flower specifically. You want to think Blue=Veg and Red=Flower putting some high 5-6000K bulb in would help some stretch between your nodes!
