Idk much about those lights but I have a cheap one I use and have to keep it up quite high or else my seedlings look like that they don’t need much light at that point I usually let mine stretch up just a little bit into it so she tells me she’s comfortable with the light level

also make sure your medium is nice and airy and drains well

For a final flush? I do that for the last week an it takes all the nutes out of the leaves can do with just plain phed water

What kind of light are you using and the distance etc maybe getting too hot? My 600w was too close one time an I got a crispy bud

It needs a minimum of 12 hours darkness to flower should notice stretching at the end of the week

Does your soil have enough drainage? They like nice and airy soil I don’t know much other than that as I don’t grow in soil myself

Is your ph staying in range ok? I would try to sort out the problem before flowering personally

A light mix of nutes will be a good start now I personally always feed at least a quarter feed with canna even before the seed pops. I use a 400w led and I have to keep it at the very top of my tent I think you could get that one quite close until it stops stretching I wouldn’t go too close...
