it seems something is sucking the sap of my lower leaves , ive seen some white flys around but i think i also have thrips or alphids, i found these under the leaves im not sure what they are

I just built a greenhouse to place my outdoor plants that have been under the sun for a month (needed to hide them from neightboors), I bought some white polyethylene plastic and I realized it seemed to white and didn't seem to let that much light through , has anyone grown under 25% shade...
