There are white pistils because of foxtailing. Depending on how the trichomes look, which by the overall shots look quite mature and near peak harvest I'd say a week or so. With foxtailing you'll be getting new pistils and new trichomes continually so I wouldn't base peak harvest on the new growth.

In some strains the pistils don't recede or shrivel up during the growth, you'll first see that when you start drying. I've grown strains which haven't changed pistils colour nor receded at all yet the calyxes were fully swollen and trichomes were mature. That's why you never go by one telltale...

Nah, he got the conversion wrong. No way he harvested over 5 kilos. It's not 75g per jar either cause that would mean about half a kilo. And his first estimate of 10 ounces is around 1/5 kilo (10 ounces = 198g). All in all, the numbers make no sense.

Do you think the infestation is spreading? What I mean is do you think it could get much worse if you let the plant go longer? I think your plant needs a few more weeks for it to be nearer peak harvest. But if the infestation & mold might get worse I'm not sure if I would gamble it.

Can you take some pictures of entire calyx sections and the entire plant. Of what I can see the calyxes don't look very swollen but the pistils seem to be receding. I still see quite a few clear trichomes though.
