Im kinda slow I guess, but i figured out a better way to distill. Take it out of the original tank in vapor form. That way with one distillation you are distilling it twice. Once from the original tank to your base, and then again from the base to the recovery cylinder.

An fyi, I opened that xtane once. Yesterday I noticed the tank leaking while inside my house? I put it underwater and the top valve on the cheap disposable xtane leaks. Their ig page brags about new tanks and data sheets but they drop shipped me old stock.

I Got a refund but I took it apart to see. It has 4 seals inside and they were in the wrong orientation. I may be able to save them.

its a no go, it can flower but not enough space to veg on top, + inevietable light leaks would prevent you from ever harvesting. Just get a grow in it before worrying about some perpeptual setup. dont do both in one cabinet, just buy another once you see how many huge buds you are growing.

What is best? rectorseal? Tape and chasing threads with taps and dies isnt cutting it. All the prebuilt systems have the valve handles in just the right spot which makes no sense since the npt threads need to be really tight and they dont end up in the right spot all the time.

those work great in soil, they dont work well in hydro. Its very thick and separates so use a stick to stir the bottle and shake the heck out of it. Go light on the recommended amounts and do a long flush.

I bought a tank from bvv and distilled it- it had like tablespoons of yellow oil??? I just distilled some xtane and it has almost none. I was grossed out the first time and figured it was normal for bulk butane to be nasty as heck. Anyways- distill the tane, you never know what you are getting.

I wouldnt put faith in that breeders description. It was wrong 17 years ago as the mikado is the second most potent haze ive experienced. It was described by other as genetic mutant super freak weed, my mind was racing so much the first time I smoked it that I couldnt figure out any passwords...

The classic real deal mikado from around 2000 had some errors in the description. It was a long flowering sativa which i think was similar to nl5/haze

I already bought a regular 3/8 50 foot coil. Im gonna chill my butane on the way in using the coil and a dry ice bath. I was worried that the length of 1/4 in that first product might slow things down too much?
