What I like to do if I don't have 4in pots is use solo cups. They work just as fine just need to watch your roots in about 2 weeks 3 at max. I fill the cups up with soil then water them. Let them drain for ten min then place seedlings in cups and put them under the lights. Reason I water first...

Lol. Glad to have ya bruh. I was hooked at sour myself. Lolol. OK my setup for veg is a 2x2 450 florescent light tent. I start in solo cups with pro mix hp. My flowering setup is a 4x8 2k hps tent. 7gal grow bags.

Ok so due to a recent decision I have made. I will be flipping the light on the chem and ecsd this Sunday to free up my 2x2 veg tent.

Ok I couldn't help it so I took a peek in there at 7 pm. 21 hours in the wet paper towel. And 85% of the seed have started to split on the side. And tap root is starting to poke out a lil. Lol so excited.
