    DiY LED - Cree CXA3070

I know what you mean, try doing that with 60 watts of these. 14.333 lm/w.

The LED Market's Divisions of Quality, (Apollo/SGS/AT200)

I cant believe they made it out of the "factory" with out being tested. I guess I'm going to need to test my RW-150s to make sure of the draw. Too bad I Killed-A-Watt before receiving the a51's. It worked for a whole run with everything plugged into it, when I unplugged the power bar I noticed...

    DiY LED - Cree CXA3070

Thank you both for the info, I definitely have learned a lot from the people in this forum, there is a true wealth of knowledge available here to those willing to learn. if it wasn't for people like yourselves there would be a lot more people who would still be slaves to the HID vendors. I know...

DiY LEDs - How to Power Them

Supra thanks for correcting me on the 143v hard cap on the hlg-185h-C****, it wont let me remove that bad info from my previous post as there is no edit button for some reason. I guess I don't understand the spec sheet still, I thought it would run to the over voltage of 160-170v and then shut...

    DiY LED - Cree CXA3070

I personally will only use white in anything i made at this point, if I was to supplement the 3000k I would think about what SDS suggested in his first post here. 5000K instead of blue and 2700k instead of red, but even he ultimately decided to just go with 3000's all around

DiY LEDs - How to Power Them

http://www.meanwell.com/search/hlg-185h-C/default.htm In the spec sheet is says that the OVER VOLTAGE protection is 160-170v so you might be able to run them the 149+ volts your looking for depending on the individual driver/cobs and Tj... that is if I'm understanding correctly, someone...

    DiY LED - Cree CXA3070

The Oslons are not a bad idea speedyg if they could be put on the same sting as a 3070, I guess that would depend on the driver and current but then there would still be some "disco" effect happening. I imagine one could always just use a 2.7k Z4 80cri and 3k AB 80cri mix to create a similar...

    DiY LED - Cree CXA3070

I understand the filter concept but when I look at the curve provided by MrFlux's thread (Thanks MF) I cant help to notice that the purple line seams to have close to the same amount of "blue", about the same amount of 640nm and more of everything above 650nm. It might be 12% less but the...

the high cri were added to the spec sheet when they added the 3000k AB bin and probably wont be available for a while for the high cri 3000k the 2 bin codes listed are bottom - CXA3070-0000-000N0YX430F /H top - CXA3070-0000-000N0YY230F /H

    Area-51 RW 75 and a Purple Trainwreck

awesome looking plants, good job. I would have thought that one of those little rw-75 would be perfect for each 1'x2' area in flower or 4 of them in a 3'x3'. I think 2 rw-150's were made for a 2'x4' tent 310watts of led / 8 Square feet = 38.75 w/sf? is this too much? "The AT600 pulls 685w...

    DiY LED - Cree CXA3070

    I would love to test out those 95CRI cxa3070 3000k (6907 flux (lm) @ 25 °c 1925mA). I know they may not be as efficient as the 80CRI bottom Y4 bin (7422 flux (lm) @ 25 °c 1925mA) but I believe they are more efficient then the 80cri CXA3050 27k w2 bin (5477 flux (lm) @ 25 °c 1400mA) that bbspills...

    New A-51 models rw-300 rw-500 and a 90w veg

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ what i dont like is how they took all the spectrum information and forum off their site. good thing gk skunky posted them, i understand that there is no footprint of 3'x3' and only from 12" away but it can still help some a bit i guess 2013 SGS 160 Umol'/s @ 12" center...
