I’d suggest tupping them in the stem and burping for a few days before you trim.

I would throw them in tups and burp them in 12 hours or so. Brown bags allow moisture to escape and you need to maintain everything you have left. If your in Colorado, I hang my stuff for 3 days before I put everything into the big black tups from Costco.
