I built mine using the wall paper steamer and the big tote from Lowe’s. I added a wire shelf and two prob thermometers to monitor temps inside my bags of sub. I can do 150 lbs in a pinch by spacing around the bags but 100-120 is easier. I’ll be using it tomorrow and I’ll post some pics then.
