Pyrethrin I'd an organic pesticide made from a chrysanthemum plant. It's not toxic to animals(except cats) and it breaks down in a just a few hours when exposed to light.

Bilge pumps don't turn on and off every 15 minutes, if they did then ur boat isn't seaworthy

I'd be hesitant on using that little pump in that little resevoir. Where and tear on electric motors happens on start up. If ur draining a decent amount of water then that pump will cycle on and off continuously; it will fail and leave you with a mess. Bilge pumps aren't meant to handle that...

In that case I would go with your 2nd option; vent the ac into the garage. Use an inline fan with carbon filter to dump that heat out of the garage. You can put the fan on a thermostat so it only runs when it gets to your desired temp
