It does look to me like you are overwatering some but I am not expert enough to say much. Share some more info on your soil, feeding and nute schedule, nutes used, etc. Often times, it seems like if you are using a soil with time released nutes in it, over watering does a double whammy on you...

I can't see much detail. A zoomed in pic of one and better description of what you did would help. At first glance, it looks like you may have had too much light/heat on them and fried the cots. But hard to tell.

You would need some sort of wicking. If you just straight up bottom feed you will drown your roots.

Don't bother. Shit will not be strong enough. A tincture like that has too little weed in too much VG to vape. Do the math...
