You are not going to get a high enough concentration. You need to make a hash oil and then put into solution. I get roughly 1ml of oil per ounce of bud (first pull). I would mix that with 2 ml of PG, Ej Mic, etc (VG does not work well). so that is 14g of bud per ml of solution.
