Caffeine is pretty bad for your health, the thing is that 'you' don't realize it till you're off it. It's great stuff till you don't drink coffee for 2 weeks then try to drink it again. Then you realize how bad it is for a stimulant to be in your daily diet. I love the taste of coffee though...
