Yes. Don't know about sensi. I only do a rez change when I switch to Bloom. My coolers hold 10gal of nute solution. I'm adding a gallon+ daily of fresh water, with added nutes maybe twice weekly. And I don't have salt build up bcuz I don't over feed like a lot of growers, pushing everything...

Mine was the foil-backed 2in thick, but the foil was hella thin and peeled off with the slightest scrape. And in my case, it was rated the highest. Something like $25 for a 4ft x 8ft sheet if I remember correctly.
