Yeah the ventilation is all worked out. I would like it sealed for a variety of reasons but mostly ensuring air comes from the passive intake and not from around the doors or joints. Seeking the best negative pressure without overusing the fan. I'm not particularly concerned about light...

I got one that's a bit more expensive but it's lite tight. I was able to get a good amount of the panda film, 10' x 10', and will add this to the inside of the door jamb then weather seal the door side of the door jamb and that should handle about all the light sealing I'll need...hopefully.. lol

Are these zippers light tight?

I think it's doable. This provides a great solution for my box. It's only 4' tall but cutting it to length shouldn't be difficult.

With a phresh carbon filter and ecoplus fan, I didn't ever get smell if the cab was sealed.

I've just GOT to repost the so the OP, who actually had an honest question, can see what an incredible job these lights can do with just a shred of skill no matter who builds them. Pay attention to this and let the light builders argue amongst themselves. BTW... @Olive Drab Green I'd love to...

Hi all I'm planning a new cab which I'm building from scratch. The door to it, like the back, will be inset with a "door jamb" of sorts. I need to know what the best air/light sealing material would be. The jamb will be about 1.437" wide so I'm thinking to using as much of that as possible...

What small heater are you using?

I'm building a 2x2x48 and that's the exact setup I chose. I'm going 18 x 18 on the light though but close enough. Cheers!

I've got just over 19 cubic feet and the size of this blower really appeals to me. My current fan is an ecoplus 4" but it's a little big. I'm going to give it a try to see out it goes size wise. I've got a Titan Mercury 4 controller which is nice but not that convenient not to mention...

Wow.. Great add. Can it be speed controlled? Being a blower I assume so. Is it loud? Did you just wire up a power cord to it or did one come preinstalled? Does it work to control odor? Thank you for the reply!
