I use a tablespoon per gallon of the neem i moist them top and bottom,I use a similar spray different brand as part of my rotation.I run a pyrethins timed sprayer next to a fan the last month or so.They use those timed sprayers in a few restaurants so it should be good to go

The june plant show flower and finish no problem, Seeds popped in february should have been finished indoors and you would be enjoying some nice fresh weed about now

It can be a bit tricky to move clones outside as you have found out. If you pop some seeds in late April or early may you can avoid this problem in your future grows. I would just finish those if i was you no need to cover they are what they are and should stay in flower

mine always take about three weeks to get going earlier in the season it seems they grow some roots before they take off.It will take a bit of care to make sure it has the correct amount of water in this heat

coming along nicely if you want more than one crop a year you can veg them inside under a light and put them out all winter no problem they will flower.We have been doing it for years El Matador state beach 120 miles north of you.Keep em green good luck.
