I just watered my plant and took pics of it, it's a bit droopy but hopefully it'll perk up a bit. I tried taking a pic of the stem but it's a bit dense in there, which makes it a bit hard to water with out getting some droplets on the leaves, and unfortunately I accidentally tore off a bit of leaf.

Wrap some chicken wire around the seedling when you start growing it, so wild animals wont eat your girl. As for germinating them, I germed mine using the paper towel method, and many of my veggies in that manner and I get amazing success rates.
