In addition to Buds advice, I would scrap the intake fan altogether and go passive intake. Put the dehumidifier near the intake outside of the tent. I find it easier to control the environment in the tent by adjusting what is going into it rather than what is in it already.

You can. Just keep trimming. If low energy is what you want, use cree led bulbs. I set up a cab with my old cfl hood to do a perp grow. I use mostly 7w led with a fee cfl for heat. so I am only pulling about 130w and have a good space for cloning and vegging. Not much trouble at all...

I would put the AC outside of the tent, bring in cool air. Then i would get some sort of normal fas blowing along the top of the lights. I used to do this when running a cfl hood.

The 68-81 and 25-45% is fine. Make sure you are not pushing more air in to the tent then you are pulling out.

My last piece of advice is to keep it simple first grow. There are so many things to get dialed in -temp, rh, water, nutes, airflow, etc- that just getting to harvest is an accomplishment. If things start to go wrong, you want to know what it was. For speed, the best thing you can do is get...
