How long do you plan to veg and how tall are you wanting your plant to get? Personally, I only ever do 1 transplant per grow. From 1.5 pint containers to 5 gallon grow bags and that is where they stay until harvest.

15 day old plant in MG that has been transplanted. First...IMHO if this were my grow. I would not be giving any additional feeding at all as the MG has time released nutrient pellets and is feeding every time the soil is watered. I would strongly consider letting it relax for a couple of weeks...

That light can be A LOT closer I keep 150w cfl about 5" or so from my seedlings. With that much light at that much distance you are certainly going to see some major stretching. BTW I have never grown in hydro so I cannot advise on your set-up. But that is IMHO some kind of mold and/or rotting on the bud in the picture. So, I also agree with @JanesRain and I would not smoke it.
