    Correct me if I am wrong...30 degrees Celsius converts to about 86 degrees Fahrenheit right? too hot my friend. That temp is an issue...you need to increase ventilation. Your plants are showing signs of heat stress as indicated by the picture: See how the leaf edges are curling up?

    Ok, since you have limited space and have determined these plants are likely male...mist them down with water, put a garbage bag over them, remove them from the garden, hack them down, take a shower and put on fresh clothes afterward before going near your garden.

    IMHO...I would hold off defoliating until after the 12/12 flip. She will do a lot of stretching, then I could more easily identify leaves that were unneeded and unnecessarily drawing energy from bud development.
