Imho I would use the led and cfl for side lighting and use 400w hps as your main light. That would be my opinion

Ill try to answer this the best I can. Your tent sizes are gonba determine size light you need or vice versa. So you need to decide how big of a setup you want then the other questions can be answered. As for a good led for flower im not sure as I dont use them but im sure one of the led guys...
