...so i de-chlorinated ph'd and treated a 5 gal bucket of water and stuck it in the closet to sit for future waterings... if im remembering correctly, these young ones dont drink too much til flowering kicks off... ...almost 8 hours into the day cycle and the girls really haven't drank that...

...so if they're drinking less are they still growing at about the same rate or better than with previous methods?

i am going to make the switch to coco...its just that i already dropped a shit load on my setup & clones and i had already bought the soil cuz its what i used in the past...i've read about the first 200 odd pages of this thread and after seeing the results everyone (within reason) is getting...

i used foil with cfl's when i was micro growing. no problems as long as i used the dull looking side as the reflective part. if money is a concern, use the reflective side of crisp packets and other reflective type wrappers...friend of mine used it, he didnt have alot of ca$h either...

thanks for checking it out, appreciate the feedback and piece of mind... the black haze and nyc diesel had very strong looking and established roots and the ice didnt look so bad for being crammed in that little cup, but the ss widow roots hadnt really spread that much yet... i keep hearing...
