Lack of light is also a big issue as pirate said. If you don't have enough light there is no way it's going to use all those nutrients.

How are your plants doing?

Most likely the burn is being caused by lockout. When there is an abundance of one nutrient it can lock out others that's why they look like deficiencies.

That is a beautiful girl you have there. Thank you for showing us that picture and letting this new grower no he is feeding too high. I have never grown in Coco like I said before. But I know what an overfed plant looks like.
