There should be a set of input and output wires... Black White and Green. Green or Green/Yellow is always ground. try to find a manufacturer or a model/part/serial# on the fixture itself and google it, you'll prob be able to come up with a wiring diagram or user manual or something like that...

no prob, they'll suit you well, just get an hps for flowering. a 400w hps would compliment your 300w of MH quite nicely.
