    I would say it depends on what you are using for food. But beyond that, i would go with iries recommendation. Thats about when I start giving mine nutes but i only use fish emulsions and a couple other things in veg.

    Is Root Riot good for starting seeds?

    i use root riots for my clones and they work great, and for my seedlings i used rockwool. Not because it was better, but because its what i had. i would have used the root riots for sure if i had had them.

    try transplanting to bigger pots. they look like theyre in pretty small pots. try that before spraying it with a shit ton of chemicals.

    i use ocean forest for bloom, and love it. i transplant to that about a week before they go to bloom. Its good soil i agree, i use happy frog for veg until that point though. but if a bigger container is whats needed, do it.

    Too much heat?

    heat will screw you. that is way too hot. find a way to cool it down if you can. an ac obviously works best and will help to keep your humidity low. Im about to battle that obstacle myself.
