Yea, I felt the same way. I decided to buy the best soil I cld find & the best LED, & once I get some more experience under my belt I plan on making both of them myself... Crawl b4 we walk right? I bought my spydr, gorilla 4x4, & carbon filters, fans, FF soil, etc all from Brite Ideas in Austin...

You can buy a spydr600 for around the same price as the kind that you were looking at... I did
