I got some of these from Hope Depot garden section a few weeks ago. It is a GroTall Double plant support. They also come in single, and a model with a horizontal squared off scrog like piece. The double is 18in diameter 36in tall and you can play with the diameter if you tie it off securely...

How long before you flipped to 12/12 did you top it? After topping you should have gave the plant some recovery time and veg out more before flipping.
