If your at day 24 with that size bud forming you should make it the last five weeks or so with a decent size harvest if your pushing a bit of watts through a HPS... But try an aggressive dosage of cal mag like 8ml per gallon with your but feedings the last few weeks and she might green up a lil.

The 400 watt is it a digital ballast( just warm to the touch)? Or oldest analog (too hot for that space) because 400 with supplemental can do a fair yield in a right space...plant buds will need to be tied and angled equidistant from the light instead of above if you only have a 4ft high canopy...
