250 watt hps is perfect for that space you won't have heat problems but the 150 with side lights is a better around veg/flower set up

tie the stems so the tops are close and get enuff light otherwise you're going to need a lot of side lights, I wouldn't top the plants and the leafs are very very fat for a sativa plant look at my avatar that's 100 % sativa

Push the pots out slightly and loosely tie the stems to 1 side that should create less height, triangle shape

I would turn the heater off it fucks up the air and creates ozone issues in ur grow room

Sorry man don't know what ur weather is like and how much direct sunlight your plants getting during the day and strain will also play a part but my outdoor plants after 2 months have roughly 3 nodes really depends on all above

Are you smoking near you're plants? I do not think your plants are looking that bad. Picture four looks like the leaf isn't getting enough light due to the leafs on top and that's fine, did you mist nute's on your plant when it was young because there's only leaf damage on the bottom

If potency is the issue wait another week and a half also I would start to flush, but well done the plant looks great

I've heard neem oil works wonders but its too late all the gnats are dead actually everything is dead apart from the plants, for larger flies my venus fly trap does the business every time and it keeps my ladies company during the day while I'm at work
