Never said he bought a digital ballast, dick. I said HPS/MH ballast are sometimes called digital. What he bought is a HPS ballast that can run a MH bulb.

An HPS ballast will light both a MH and HPS bulb. They are usually called digital ballasts. This is what you bought. A MH ballast will only light a MH bulb. Sometimes are just standard ballasts, not digital.

The plant is really starting to generate lots of trichomes at this point. The plant has been flowering for 13 days now, and 9 days under UVB exposure. I really do not see flowering this plant the recomended 8 weeks at this rate. :)

Low Humidity would not do this. Have you ever grown under low humidity before or are you just shouting out guesses. From the looks of it, it looks like overwatering, a PH problem or way to hot in the room.
