was asked about CFL light set up.....I used splitters.....splitter makes one socket into two......use 3 of them to hang 4 lights off one socket....costs about a buck a piece here....cheaper in any big block store...good luck

As for plant count...Im a MM patient in washington...and I grow for a fellow patient.....in washington its 15 per patient...so my max is 30......I do 4 plants a week on average....take a week off from putting new ones in if count gets close or you get a 10 week strain......this keeps count...

only had the HPS a few weeks now.....so dont really know yet. The weights will tell me if I like it, but so far Im liking it. Heat is a bigger issue, put a new fan in....seemed to help a little

Nutes. Well, keeping with the theme of a "cheap" grow, I obviously dont use Advanced Nutes. Im a Fox Farms kinda guy. My soil is Fox Farms Ocean forrest, with added extra 1/3 perlite for drainage. Not the cheapest but probably will never change. I only use the FOX Farm Big Bloom and Tiger...

Glad everyones gettin where Im coming from....goal was to spend 1 months weed money to never have to pay again....it worked. Thanks for not telling me how much better a 600 W HPS would do. Im quite aware of what could be done with more light, space, money....CFL Micro SOG and never pay for weed...

Glad you like....Ive been running 8 every 2 weeks....thought Id save some time....in the end ..Id rather trim 4 a week...running 3 strains.....I run out of certain strains faster...so Im back to running weekly.My agent orange is hangin....still havnt tried it, but the scissor hash was excelent...

this is as ghetto as it gets....I tried to find the easiest grow style for small cabinets.....tried to keep it all under $100.......still trying to get to that 4 oz a month mark

I dont know if it makes a difference but Keystone has specially lined cans. Tried 16 oz cups, but cans work better....and because their thinner....can fit more plants
