I only water every 5 days... water feed water feed is what they all say to do.. in fact some would water feed feed water feed feed.. like I said I’ve only had a problem with one plant ( one strain)

Don't pick at it so often. It only need 2 or 3 pruning sessions. The last one being at 3 weeks of flower. Look up the lollipopping technique for bigger top flowers. After a pruning session you should give it about 2 weeks to bounce back.

Yaa... I had a problem with trips after using FF and so I use a seed starting mix with perlite and vermiculite and I will add some moisture control MG soul as well to keep micro life and ph balance good. I always bake my soil mix before using it. It will kill eggs and bugs. Havnt had any bugs...
