Always do your transplants in veg not flower. I transplant three times before going into flower. My last one is completed a week before flipping 12/12. I use amended, cooked, organic soil. Just add water to harvest. The soil comes bagged with everything in it.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on starting your first grow. You don't need different color spectrums, but if you have them like I do on my LED panel you will run whites during veg and white red during flowering.
