One thing to check out- How hot is is near the top of the canopy? Probably heat related. Otherwise, nothing to worry about- pistils do that sometimes once established n the plant after a week or so. Depends on the genetics, really. Nothing major. Good luck!

A 400 watt light only adds about 10 bucks to your bill each month in most U.S. States, about 15-20 bucks for 600's. Fed's aren't gonna beat down your door over a $20 increase in your bill. just my .02

And my vote is to stop all activity, let it dry out a bit, and report results. If you know you are overwatering, you don't want to foliar feed it too.

How frequently are we watering here? :) New growth looks ok, so I'm guessing you're missing something here with either N or K. Also, pro blend soil has low N, and is very acidic. If you are feeding the soil with and watering frequently, a whole host of probs come into play. Hard telling...

Oooh ooooh. It's gotta be P. Since you are topping them, the plant uses a lot of P afterwards. Same can be said when your plant is producing flowers, as in the autoflower with purple stems:) 1-2-3 bloom, baby! For flowering AND topping....
