I would add exhaust in there if you don't already have it. You need to get the heat out some how. I also use pedestal fans to move the air around.

What do you mean by whole wall outlet? If you have lights, fans etc going you should check to see if you are not going to blow it with adding the AC. You still need the fans btw. I have a dedicated breaker panel and outlets for my shit so I don't mess with the rest of the house.

I am battling heat issues in my grow room as well, and I don't/can't add AC in there. So i have cooled hoods with a fan on each end and bringing the intake in from the basement which is cooler air than the outside. Also I have fans going, and am able to open a door to outside in the joining room...
