First Grow - CFL + Bagseed + Cabinet (previously rubbermaid)

oh trust me, it's soooo hard to wait. And i guess i should mention that there are a few purple stems on fan leaves... they've been there just about since flowering started, just never thought twice about it lol. Yea, i think the fact that molasses is in itself an organic ("organic" as in not a...

figured i'd take a few more pics to show the yellowing is not nearly as bad as it seems (from that last canopy shot i posted). Yes, there is some, but its only on the bigger fan leaves aka what im assuming to be the ones that are closest to being done (the biggest/yellowish leaves are connected...

Beans Franklins 300w cfl Miracle Growing

keep your scale away from fans and electronics/magnets, also keep it on a level surface. All of things can drastically fuck with your scale.

I should state she was only a quick flowerer... she was slow as well, molasses during veg. I started her in early/mid september

Thanks for stopping by mellow! Yea, it seems to be a pretty unproven debate about molasses. For now I'll just keep it as simple as possible. As for the yellowing of my leaves, im pretty sure it's just an N deficiency as the girl nears the end of her lifecycle. You're probably right about the...

Haven't found any molasses yet so I probably won't use it this grow. I don't see a point in adding it to like only two waterings...

Yea, that pic definitely made me realize she was hungry but i had fed her the night before so i think it's just gonna start yellowing up. Maybe I'll give her another round of nutes when i water next instead of alternating with just water. This would probably be the last feeding if so.

if that's true then damn i have a fast finisher. its day 41 or 42 of flowering haha. I think she's just a ridiculously frosty strain... man i wish i had more beans or an idea of what strain this is... i had 20+ when i started :(

    Beat My Bud

I know it's gone a bit past the original post but I figure'd i'd throw up a challenge. Well, i think yours still wins... but mine was grown in soil under 200w of cfl's (my first grow). What you think? Day 41 of flowering (Unknown bagseed, let me know if you have ANY idea what it is): -gb

Defo. I looked at some deficiency/abundance charts and couldn't really find anything that matched up. It's just the first time throughout the plants life cycle that it hasnt been like 99% green lol. I'm just really hoping i get this girl chopped before my next univ semester starts...

    first day 12 12

So long as your room is lightproof you should start seeing the first pistils in 7-14 days. I saw my first ones around day 7-10 flowering. I would suggest training your plant next time around, you're gonna have a lot of tiny buds on the lower branches that don't get much light. Cfl's are only...

    Mylar over Soil

Like others said, I feel like it's just a way to cause yourself more problems (mold...). I would put some mylar around the edge of the pot so it acts as a reflector, just dont cover up the soil.... now if you were doing hydro it would make perfect sense to do this on top of your res/bucket.

    Troutie's Green O'matic Stealth grow

pistils usually show up in around the middle nodes, not top ones so your plant is just doing it's thing ;). I found my first pistils about 3-4 nodes from the top.

I suppose it could be night time temps. During lights on it hovers around 80 but lights off it drops down to 60 (or below) sometimes...the room the cab is in is either way too hot or too cold, its hard to get it just right as there is no actual thermostat in the room. I think it's just natural...

    My First Grow: Northern Lights

ya, my plant always had a few lower leaves die off, they just dont get any light. no need to worry, you can pull them but only do it if it requires little to no effort, they pretty much fall of on their own.
