Hi, My damn cat has eaten all leaves off my 21day old northern lights ffs,will she recover?(and I don't mean the damn cat),or should I just start again?

Hi all, My seedling has emerged with it's head down,I've put it under lights but it's still bent down after a full day,is this normal or have I done something wrong all my others have always emerged perfect,but I suspect I put it in soil that may have been too damp.Any feedback would be appreciated.

this is my northern lights auto feminised, shes 82days in from first sprout,can anyone tell me how much longer she has left please. These are best photos i can take im afraid,any advice would be appreciated,shes in soil and outside.Damn cant upload photos issues with uploading to site .
