it doesnt say unsulfured anywhere but there was ones that did say contained sulfites in the same spot where this one says made from 100 % sugarcane juice. There wasnt any other kinds just this one, another one like this( exact same but diff brand) and two with sulfites;

All I did was just switch the timer to 12/12 while my room was lit. IMO in doesn't matter, the plants will adjust easily to the new schedule. I would just go ahead and change it anytime you want.
