I'd say 2-3 gallons prolly only 9 though.

I'm not 100% on this but I'm pretty sure some electronic ballasts have safety features in them that keep the ballast from turning back on right away after a bulb blows, or if theres a power outage. Someone correct me if im wrong.

sorry you must have misundertood what i ment to say, ditch weed is free so if you add $15 of "product" to a quarter oz and sell it for $25-$40 you end up makin $10-$25 profit. My question is why does low quality bud sell period! lol
