keep them pretty height like maybe around 28"-30" at 1st, and have the seedling off to the side and slowly harden them off and bring closer to the light. ive seen a 100w one of these lights too close and hurt the seedlings. its also ways better to start off higher and work ur way down

yup they have saved me ass lots of time and lots of money i pull my out of the room a few weeks before harvest to be safe, i think their fine though. better then losing my crop to mites.lol gassing, stuff works great and fast.
